Did you know that right now there are 578,424 people who don’t have a place to sleep tonight. His Presents is building portable shelters for those without homes. On December 22, 2016, The Post Record published an article titled ‘Shelter from the storm.’

It states that Rick James mission is to be “the tangible hands of Jesus by reaching out to our homeless community, in an effort to instill hope through homes.”

“Jesus’ presence in my life is what motivates me to do this,” James said. “

“Three of his houses have been donated to the Arnada Abbey, a hospitality house providing low-cost transitional housing in Vancouver’s Arnada neighborhood.”

We are grateful for the generosity from Rick James and His Presents. We have been able to use the tiny homies to welcome the stranger and offer practical help to others by offering respite care, warm showers, clothing, a meal, and help towards stabilization.
